Frankenstein is a forthcoming American science fiction drama film that is both written and directed by Guillermo del Toro, inspired by Mary Shelley's 1818 novel, Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus. The cast includes Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi, Mia Goth, Felix Kammerer, Lars Mikkelsen, David Bradley, Charles Dance, and Christoph Waltz. The film is scheduled to premiere on Netflix in November 2025.
